Have you received any Suna Traffic updates for your GPS device (Australia)?

I recently purchased a GPS with a subscription to the Suna Traffic service and this appears to be working (icon is in green). However, I have yet to have received a “Live Traffic Update”. Is there anyone in Australia that has any knowledge in this area or similar experience?

I had the same prob and they replaced it,works fine now..
